How we examine and certify our diamonds
We examine our diamonds using the latest technology and in accordance with the strictest international standards. The first step in the process is to verify the authenticity of each stone. Larger diamonds are tested using fluorescence spectroscopy developed by the world-renowned GIA institute, while smaller stones are examined with state-of-the-art instruments from Yehuda.
After this, each diamond is graded according to the internationally recognised 4C system:
-
Carat (weight)
-
Cut (proportions and finish)
-
Clarity (purity)
-
Color (hue)
This detailed, standardised grading system ensures that the valuation is not subjective, so buyers receive reliable, comparable information about the stone they choose.
At the end of the examination, we issue a CIC certificate, an internationally recognised and trusted gemmological document. This certificate includes nine different security features – including a unique identifier, embossing, hologram and microtext – to guarantee the authenticity and protection of the document.
Why is certification important?
A genuine certificate:
-
Confirms the natural origin of the diamond
-
Guarantees its quality
-
Provides security and peace of mind for the buyer
-
Enhances the diamond’s resale value
-
Facilitates insurance procedures
In this way, you can be certain that the diamond you choose truly represents what it promises: excellent quality, authentic origin and long-term value.
